The Bespoke Journey
Most commissions take four to six weeks. This is what happens between our first conversation and the day we pack your veil.

I.
The first consultation takes about 45 minutes, either in our studio in Lincolnshire, England or by video. There is no fee or obligation. Bring photos of your dress and venue, or just an idea you have not quite pinned down. We will talk about how the day will look and feel.
II.
Next, we draw the veil against your dress: its length, tulle, edge and placement. If you want initials, a date or a line of your vows, we work them into the drawing. We only start cutting once you are happy with it.

III.
We cut, stitch and embellish your veil by hand in Lincolnshire, England. Pearls are knotted, crystals are placed and embroidery is worked one stitch at a time. We send photographs while we work, and you can visit the studio if you would like to.
IV.
We press your finished veil, wrap it in tissue and pack it with a care note. After the wedding, we can shorten or frame it, or help you store it for someone else to wear.

“The veil arrived with our vows embroidered along the hem. I cried before I had even lifted it from the box.”
